Copy Right All information including photographs posted on Maiax site belong to Maiax or an approved third party, and User must not use them for copying, redistributing or using in any other way without permission. Contribution Maiax may terminate a listing at any time without notice if Maiax has reasonable grounds to suspect that information provided by User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete. Maiax takes no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused by these. International Trade User agrees to comply with all applicable import laws and regulations in each country. The all risk of import is at User’s own. Risk and Liability User agrees that Maiax is not liable or takes any responsibility for damages, liabilities, costs, inconveniences, business disruptions or expenditures of any kind that may arise. such as unsatisfactory quality, failure to meet specifications, unlawful products, delay or default in delivery or payment, cost mis-calculations, breach of warranty, breach of contract and transportation accidents. If MAIAX suffers damage or loss due to a User’s willful misconduct or neglect, User indemnifies Maiax all costs including legal costs and expenses. Maiax is not responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness or truthfulness of any third party contents or products. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Terms & Conditions shall be governed by construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. The Christchurch District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as a court of first instance regarding any dispute concerning these Terms & Conditions.
